June 2021 covid-19 Update
We hope you’re all staying safe.
Here’s some reminders for our patients regarding our practice.
⭐️ As we are a medical practice most clinic appointments and surgery with Dr Kumar will go ahead as planned.
💉 Injectables appointments will unfortunately need to be postponed.
We will be in touch with our patients in the coming days especially if there are any changes.
On arrival:
- Please check in with the QR code, sanitise, wear a mask at all times and maintain 1.5m distancing.
- We request that patients please come alone for appointments – any accompanying family members should remain in the car and not attend the clinic to maintain safe numbers
- If you have been to a covid hotspot or are a known casual or close contact with a covid person please reschedule your appointment and follow NSW Health guidelines re: testing and isolating.
- If you are experiencing any symptoms, please reschedule your appointment.
